evacuation efforts in Afghanistan face a ‘very high risk of a terrorist’ attack such as suicide bombing, security sources have warned.

A militant group known as Islamic State Khorasan, or ISIS-K, has been identified as a key concern, Sky News reported. It comes after defence secretary Ben Wallace said that as the evacuation deadline approaches ‘we are very, very vulnerable should these terrorists choose to do something’.
