YOU know you’re ‘winning at life’ when it’s sunny on your day off, you get to the station late to discover your train is delayed or you blag a free hotel upgrade.

Those are among the top 50 signs that things are going your way, according to a survey. Other ‘punch the air’ moments include parallel parking on the first attempt and no-one sitting in front of you at the cinema. Buzz Bingo, which polled 2,000 people, said: ‘These wins can make us feel like luck is on our side.’
