Satan fanatic murdered sex worker in 4-hr knife rampage

- By ELLIE NG

A ‘DEVIL worshipper’ stabbed a woman to death and attacked two others in a fourhour rampage of violence, a court heard.

Brian Sengendo was seen beating Therasia Gordon in his white van days before her body was found in woodland.

Police had been called to the scene of the attack in Palmers Green, north London, on August 3, 2020, but, by the time they arrived, the 26-year-old had fled.

He then stabbed the 44-year-old sex worker as a ‘sacrifice of an innocent’ and dumped her body in woods in Enfield. A cyclist found it three days later.

The night before the attack, Sengendo had picked up another sex worker at a garage in Edmonton, a court heard.

He filmed her performing a sex act on him and told her: ‘Repeat after me. “I’m the Devil’s child”.’ He then made her say: ‘I sold my soul to the Devil.’

The next day he repeatedly called her and said they had to complete a ‘mission’.

‘He told me to bring two kitchen knives. I told him I didn’t have any and didn’t want to kill anyone,’ she said. However, she did agree to meet him.

Once in his van, Sengendo pulled a knife on her and said: ‘I’ve got you now. I’m gonna f***ing kill you.’ She was so terrified she leapt out of the van while it was moving, jurors heard.

About 30 minutes later, Sengendo lured another sex worker into his van. He raped her then stabbed her ‘seven times’, prosecutor John Price told the Old Bailey.

She managed to escape and was found staggering in the road by police.

Jurors heard she was bleeding heavily from the neck and sobbed: ‘I’ve been stabbed, can someone help me?’

Later that night, Ms Gordon was stabbed to death, Mr Price added.

Sengendo, of Enfield, denied murder, attempted murder and rape but was yesterday convicted by a jury. They are still deliberating allegations of kidnap and making a threat to kill.
