Four out of five for food hygiene

A Mid Sussex restaurant has been handed a new four-outof-five food hygiene rating. Shanghai Brasserie at Castle Inn, London Road, Hickstead, was given the score after assessment on February 10. This means that of Mid Sussex’s 259 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings,

215 (83 per cent) have ratings of five.
