Albion on look out for u21 talent

Albion are looking for talented footballer­s to become part of the women’s U21s Academy programme, which currently operates in The FA Women’s Super League (WSL) Academy League.

The club said: “At Brighton and Hove Albion, we are committed to supporting young athletes achieve their full potential.

“Our U21 environmen­t adopts a holistic approach to developing both the athlete and the person with a wide range of support staff.

“Our U21 players will have access to an average of 15 hours contact time within a high performanc­e structure. The program will allow players to compete in the WSL Academy while providing opportunit­ies to be exposed to our first team environmen­t and/or dual signing to championsh­ip clubs.

“We have a highly dedicated staff group on board to guide and support young athletes through their journey which covers technical, strength and conditioni­ng, analysis, performanc­e psychology, nutrition, education support and elite player care.”
