Here are the magistrates’ court results for the North Sussex area from April 11April 25.
April 11:
James Schofield, 24, of Pierces Lane, Haywards Heath, pleaded guilty to driving a Vauxhall Corsa on the A272, at Haywards Heath on March 12, while disqualified from driving.
The court made a community order with a requirement of 120 hours of unpaid work and banned him from driving for 19 months.
Jade Greenway, 30, of Cants Lane, Burgess Hill, pleaded guilty to two charges of assaulting a police officer. The offences took place at America Lane, Haywards Heath, on March 13. She also pleaded guilty to obstructing a police officer at Haywards Heath on the same date. The court made a community order with a requirement to abstain from alcohol for 60 days.
April 13:
Paul Wrintmore, 24, of Mason Close, East Grinstead, pleaded guilty to two charges of assaulting a woman by beating. The offences took place at East Grinstead on March 20. He also pleaded guilty to causing damage to a front door, floor and wall at East Grinstead on the same date. The court made a community order with a requirement to abstain from alcohol for 120 days.
Jamie Jewell, 33, of Bentswood Road, Haywards Heath, pleaded guilty to pursuing a course of conduct that amounted to the stalking of a woman by contacting her using numerous different contact numbers and email addresses and contacting her place of work and her mother. The offence took place in Sussex between July 12 and August 28. Sentencing was adjourned until June 1. He was released on unconditional bail.
Jaqueline Notridge, 51, of Newton Road, Lindfield, Haywards Heath, pleaded guilty to assault occasioning actual bodily harm. The offence took place at Lindfield on November 18, last year. The court made a community order
April 25:
Richard Yeo, of High Street, Handcross, Haywards Heath, was found guilty of failing to provide information to police regarding the identity of the driver of a Fiat vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence in Sussex on August 20, last year. He was fined £660 and banned from driving for six months.
