Come back, Simon!
THE return of The X Factor was a bit disappointing to be honest.
I don’t like Nicole Scherzinger ( right) –I think she’s insincere and doesn’t give away any real emotion.
I’m not criticising her as a music expert – she has worked hard to get where she is and I know she has a lot of knowledge about the industry. But I don’t think she’s got the right personality.
So I’m calling for Simon Cowell to come back and step into her shoes to save the day!
Mel B was awful as a guest judge. She was trying to be Simon Cowell by putting people down but it just came across as nasty.
I thought she spoilt it all. When she was rude to that poor 82-year-old man who had sung a really sweet song I was angry.
If someone spoke to my dad like that I’d have something to say about it.
And I didn’t agree with them showing Pink impersonator Zoe Alexander being violent and swearing either.
X Factor is a family show and shouldn’t be showing that kind of thing when kids are watching.
I felt a bit sorry for her because it looked as though she had been set up by the producers – but she came across as a spoilt little brat.
Luckily 16-year-old Ella Henderson saved the show. When she sang a song she had written herself I cried my eyes out.
I thought she was amazing. She reminded me of Adele and I couldn’t believe how good she was. And she seemed like a lovely kid – an example of a someone who has been brought up properly.
She is my tip for the new series so far. I think she will do really well and I predict big things for her.
