THE BBC yesterday confirmed there will be another series of its hit show Doctor Foster.

Star Suranne Jones will reprise her role as scorned wife and GP Gemma Foster for the second series of the five-part drama, which was created by Mike Bartlett and first aired on BBC1 in September.

She said: “I am thrilled to announce we will all be reunited to tell Gemma’s next chapter, and I can’t wait for the audience who invested in these characters to find out the explosive twists and turns Mike has in store.

“Now we can look into what happens to a woman after divorce, deceit and revenge has taken its toll. What a gift of a part – and a dream to work with Mike Bartlett again!”

Around 10 million viewers tuned in for the explosive finale last month, which saw Gemma confront her husband Simon (Bertie Carvel) over his affair, in front of his lover.

Doctor Foster, which had a consolidated weekly audience of 8.2 million, was the highest-rating BBC drama this year after Call The Midwife.

Writer Bartlett said: “I’ve been astounded by the response to Doctor Foster. And I’m thrilled that we’re going to tell the next chapter in Gemma’s story.” SEXY Kendall Jenner kissed goodbye to her teens this week by rocking a barely-there playsuit for her 20th birthday bash.

The reality babe used the occasion to see how low she could go in her outfit after she donned a mesh panelled top which left very little to the imagination.

Flashing a hint of underboob, the model was unphased by the cameras and happy to show off her lack of bra.

She was joined at The Nice Guy in Hollywood by an array of A-listers – including her famous sisters Kim, Kourtney, Khloe and Kylie.
