YOU LISTEN... I’LL FINGER MYSELF TILL I C*M FOR YOU I LOVE running, it’s my favourite way to keep fit, and guys love coming for a jog with me too as my perky little boobs bounce up and down as I go.

When I have a boyfriend I definitely like to go running together – I always want to jump him by the time we get home and are covered in sweat and panting for breath! OH god, there’s no way I would go running or to the gym with a partner.

I have no problem showing off the results of my hard work in the gym in the bedroom, but I want them to think of me as sexy, not dripping with sweat mess in my gym kit. WE all vowed to get fit after watching Team GB’s success in the Rio Olympics... but now there’s an even better reason to pull on your running shoes.

A saucy new study has revealed that there is a strong connection between going for a run and the amount of sex you have.

According to the survey, couples who exercise – or more specifically, go running – together boast a far more active sex life.

Footwear specialists Brooks Running carried out the survey and quizzed 1,000 adults, who run at least once a week, on their shagging habits.

The findings revealed that a whopping 66 per cent of people bonked more regularly if they had been running with their other half.

And the distance you run can make a difference too, as almost half of those who jogged for six or more miles together claimed to have noticed a huge improvement in the sack.

An expert said: “Doing things together as a couple is the best way to keep the flame alive.

“And taking up a sport like running – which has been proven to increase your libido and overall health – can definitely lead to a boost in your sex life.”

The poll also found that younger couples are more likely to reap the benefits of running as a pair in the bedroom, with 72 per cent of those aged between 18 and 39 admitting they thought it led to more hanky panky.

And just over a fifth of both men and women confessed to chatting about knocking boots while they are out running.

Going for a run has been proven to make people feel sexier too.

Research revealed that people who run regularly have an improved body image – which leads to better, more relaxed sex than those who don’t pound the streets.

And if all of that wasn’t enough, there’s still one more good reason why stretching your legs can be rewarded with spectacular results in the bedroom.

Because running improves your cardiovascular ability, which means you will be able to last longer between the sheets.
