FELLAS, you need to get switched on now – because new research says LIGHT helps you BONK all night!

A recent study has shown that bright light boosts testosterone and can even TRIPLE your sexual satisfaction.

With flagging sex drives often hitting men as they get older, this research may help make you shine in the bedroom.

The study looked at 38 men with low libidos who spent half an hour in a room with bright light – with results showing their testosterone rose dramatically after just two weeks.

In a case which may cast a light on how to revive your shagging skills, experts reckon they’ve found a way to get you thrusting away all night long.

Lead researcher, Prof Andrea Fagiolini, said: “Before treatment, they averaged a sexual satisfaction score of around two out of 10, but after treatment and being exposed to the bright light they had sexual satisfaction scores of around 6.3.”

Explaining how his study imitated nature, she added: “Testosterone production naturally declines from November through April, and then rises steadily through the spring and summer.

“You see the effect of this in reproductive rates, with the month of June showing the highest rate of conception. The use of the light box really mimics what nature does.”

After presenting the results at a European College meeting in Vienna, Prof Fagiolini said it was too early to recommend light treatment for low sex drives.

However, if having the light on makes shagging feel better and last longer, we reckon it’s worth a try!

Midweek Sport stunna Rachael Fitzpatrick, 23 from St Albans confessed she loves leaving the light on in the bedroom as it means her fella gets to ogle her 34Es.

She said: “I’m so happy this study happened – I love leaving the light on in bed – even though so many people want to switch it off.

“Leaving the light on means I can show off my body and the man who’s in my bed gets to see exactly what I’m doing to him.

“It turns me on having sex with the light on and if it means men can last longer, it’s not only more pleasure for him but it means I’ll get more action too!”
