A TRAIN passenger caught with his trousers down while watching PORN is facing jail.
Richard Mortiboys, 42, watched explicit footage on his mobile phone while pleasuring himself on a train to Tunbridge Wells, Kent.
When Mortiboys was caught out by a horrified ticket inspector he claimed he had his trousers down to scratch his eczema, Westminster Magistrates Court heard.

Kate Shilton, prosecuting, said: “On September 15 this year Mr Mortiboys was sat in the rear carriage on a train to Tunbridge Wells. “It was just after midnight. “A ticket inspector walked into the carriage and saw Mr Mortiboys’s trousers down by his ankles and he was masturbating.
“He was watching porn on his phone.
“Nobody else saw him do it.”
Mortiboys was then removed from the train and arrested, the court heard.
Kate Shilton added: “Police found in his pocket a small wrap of cocaine.
“Mr Mortiboys had initially denied masturbating and said the only reason he could think of for why his trousers were down was he was scratching his eczema.”
After Mr Mortiboys admitted exposure and possession of a Class A drug, Judge Paul Goldspring adjourned sentencing until December 6.
He said: “In due course you will be given full credit for your guilty plea.
“You will appreciate the seriousness of what you did, and the impact it could have had if someone had seen it.
“The court must at least look at custody and I’m going to adjourn for reports.”
Mortiboys, of Sevenoaks, Kent, admitted one count of exposure and one of possession of a Class A drug.
