SEX FORUM Fight the Xmas flab with doggy style bonks!

-

LOOKING to burn off that Christmas feast? Then get your partner into bed – and get SHAGGING!

For years, sex has been seen as the best form of exercise and now Men’s Fitness magazine have studied exactly how many calories each bonk burns.

If you scoffed too many mince pies and munched on a few extra chocolates then just get down and dirty with some doggy style sex.

Doing it from behind and cowgirl positions make you sweat the most with blokes burning around 290 calories while the woman works off 280 calories.

To burn the same amount of calories out of the bedroom, you would have to run more than 3.5km.

Even for a lighter romp, a half-hour session will help you get bang for your buck, too, as you sweat out more than 60 calories.

Foreplay and a steamy snogging session also burn five calories every minute – making sexercise arguably the best way to lose that extra Christmas weight.

Researchers at Men’s Fitness also found that a 46-minute hook-up – including kissing, oral sex and the final act – burns more than 100 calories.

A 25-minute yoga session would burn the same amount but we know which one we’d rather do over the festive period!

Factors such as gender, weight and how long the romp lasts all play a part in determining how much you lose, but there is an online calculator if you need a hand.

Sport stunna Emma Mae Mitchell swears by sexercise, adding: “Sex is definitely the best form of exercise.

“I’ve never set foot inside a gym – there’s plenty more fun ways to keep your bodies fit and healthy as well as keeping yourself satisfied.

“With all the mistletoe and Christmas cheer around, even if you haven’t got a bonking buddy there’s no better time to find one.

“We all overindulge over Christmas with all the food and drink that’s on offer.

“But when I read that my favourite position, doggy style, burns the most calories it’s the perfect excuse to have an early night.

“My advice this Christmas is to grab someone and get down to business – no matter how you like it, it’s burning calories at the end of the day!”
