JUNGLE QUEEN SCARLETT: I knew I was fat when I got a Christmas card off Greggs!
QUEEN of the jungle Scarlett Moffatt was such a loyal customer of Greggs the bakers, they sent her a Christmas card!
And the I’m A Celebrity... winner admitted she should have realised she needed to lose weight when she received the greetings card from the chain in 2015.
The 26-year-old Gogglebox star has since shed a whopping three stone, but said she probably should have cut down sooner after binging on pasties and sweet treats.
The reality babe, from Bishop Auckland, Co Durham, revealed the personalised card thanked Scarlett for tucking in to so many of their baked goods.
Scarlett said: “The wake-up call for me should have been when I got a Christmas card from Greggs in 2015.
“Do you know what it said inside? ‘To Scarlett, our loyal customer’.
“I know they thought they were being nice, but it’s a bit of a piss take isn’t it?”
Scarlett – who won the most recent series of ITV’s Oz-based show – shot to fame alongside mum Betty and dad Mark on Channel 4’s Gogglebox.
But after gorging on pizza, pasta and her fave chicken kebabs, Scarlett was told she was ‘obese’ and decided it was time to beat the bulge.
She dropped from a size 18 to a size 8 in just six months and her norks shrunk from a back-breaking J cup to a much perkier DD.
And the North East lass has also followed in the footsteps of her Geordie predecessor Vicky Pattinson and recorded her very own fitness DVD, Scarlett’s SuperSlim Me Plan. BEFORE AND AFTERS: Scarlett learnt from Greggs card
