Tramp ‘made to have sex’ in M&S car park
A HOMELESS man seen having sex with his girlfriend in a car park during the day said that she had made him do it.
A shocked female passerby saw the couple bonking next to Marks & Spencer in Truro and called the police.
And when officers arrived, the couple were still engaging in sexual behaviour.
Neil Skeggs, 46, told cops his girlfriend had made him have sex.
His solicitor Terry Eastwood told Truro Magistrates’ Court that Skeggs never attempted to try to minimise what took place, and that he felt ashamed at being in court.
Both he and his girlfriend were homeless at the time of the incident on December 30, and had both been drinking.
Mr Eastwood said: “They thought they were in a private place and did not anticipate being seen.”
Skeggs pleaded guilty to committing an act outraging public decency and was given a conditional discharge for 18 months. LIZARDS can’t breathe and walk at the same time.
