WELL, Princess Diana’s pal Paul Burrell shocked the world by announcing that he’s marrying his gay lover last week.
I can’t say that I was at all surprised by the news, to be honest, but I just think it’s such a shame that he only now feels comfortable enough to open up about his sexuality.
It’s so sad to me that he was almost forced into living a lie for so long when he had nothing to be ashamed or embarrassed about. In fact, it’s society that should feel embarrassed about the way we treat people who don’t fit a certain mould.
And I can’t imagine how hard it must have been to maintain that cover in the Royal household and in those types of social circles, where the views tend to be quite old-fashioned.
But in this day and age, people are much more tolerant. I mean, being gay in 2017 is so common and nowhere near as big of a deal you can’t really taste a pill – you just open up and swallow it!
But to have a piece of decaying tissue permanently hung on your wall seems a step too far, if you ask me!
I get that they want something to remember the birth by and came up with a quirky way to keep the I WORKED last night on Studio 66 TV but don’t worry if you missed me, I will be back on your screens next Wednesday at the usual time of 10pm on Sky channel 912 and from midnight on Freeview channel 185.

And personally, I can’t wait for the new generation of Royals to take over, like Prince William and Harry, as I truly believe they will breathe a new lease of life into the monarchy and bring it into the 21st Century! cord, but what on earth will they do next?! Are they going to keep the baby’s first poo, what about the dirty bed sheets or her panties from the night she was conceived?

Bar manager Maxine Wiley, 23, was captured on CCTV leaving the nightspot and the next day texted her partner to say she had “done a bad thing”.
Hours later she was found hanged at her flat in central Bristol on September 2 last year, an inquest heard.
The former private schoolgirl had been seen leaving Manos Liquor Bar in Bristol with the two males at 2am that day, but police didn’t speak to them.
Tests revealed alcohol found in her blood at nearly twice the legal driving limit, and there were traces of cocaine and MDMA.
Maxine was found at her flat by William Buddo, who had became concerned for her after she sent him a series of text messages between 9am and 10am asking him to look after her pet hedgehog.
She also admitted to having “done a bad thing” and the last message she sent read: “I don’t feel very well.”
Bruddo called the emergency services and attempted to revive her, but she was pronounced dead by paramedics.
The assistant coroner recorded a narrative conclusion of hanging, with the intention unknown.
