COP’S SEX WITH 2 VICTIMS AND A WOMAN OFFICER Colleague romp during break at work, court told

-

A LOVE rat PCSO has admitted meeting two domestic violence victims and a colleague at their homes for sex.

Michael Billingham, 30, has confessed to sexual relationships with all three of the women, but said they only ever had intercourse when he was off duty.

He said that during his relationship with his colleague, there was an occasion where he visited her on his break and she put her hand inside his trousers.

Billingham, who was there in full uniform during his half an hour “refreshment break”, told a jury he had stayed “five or 10 minutes longer” than he should have but denied sex took place.

He denies misconduct in a public office and using police systems to obtain data on the women.

Winchester Crown Court heard Billingham’s relationship with the first woman started in August 2013.

Billingham said: “We just started chatting. The more we were chatting, the more we were opening up to each other.”

He said they later began a sexual OFF DUTY: Billingham claims he never had sex while on the job relationship, but denied ever having sex with her while on duty.

Referring to his affair with a female colleague, Billingham said they began seeing each other when they were dispatched on joint operations.

He was asked about WhatsApp messages read to the jury, in which he made reference to attending her address while on duty and said “that was lush babes” around an hour later, to which she replied “it’s always lush with you”.

He said: “I knocked on her door and she opened it. She got undressed and got into the bath.

“I was sat on the toilet and we were chatting away for about 10 minutes.

“She got out and put a towel around her. We stood up, had a cuddle and a kiss and then she put her hand down my trousers.

“That was what I was referring to [in the WhatsApp message]. It did not go any further than that. I spent five or 10 minutes more than my half an hour break.”

The trial continues.
