FALSE RAPE CLAIM TRANNY WALKS FREE
A TRANSSEXUAL waiter has been spared jail despite falsely accusing his gay co-worker of rape 23 times.
Lucien Harris – formerly known as Lottie – made life “hell” for Ali Malik, who was arrested twice as a result of the fake claims.
The court heard Harris was living as a woman at the time of the bogus allegations but now identifies as a man.
Harris, 23, became infatuated with his colleague when they worked together at a restaurant in Essex.
Slit
Between September 2016 and July 2017 he made 23 fake allegations of rape and assaults against Mr Malik.
Harris even claimed Mr Malik shoved his penis inside the letterbox of his front door.
He made two rape allegations in September and October last year and told cops Mr Malik held a knife to his face and threatened to slit his throat.
Reading out his victim impact statement in court, Mr Malik said: “I have been arrested twice and I have been interviewed numerous times by the police.
“In total, I have spent 24 hours in a police cell – 24 hours I will never get back. I feel like I have been living in limbo for the past 18 months.
“Initially, I did not feel that anyone believed me. I feel like I have been treated like a criminal.
“Even though I protested my innocence, I was still interviewed on numerous occasions.
“I was scared and isolated, even though I knew that I had done nothing wrong.
“I had visions of being sent to prison and no-one believing me.”
Harris, of Clacton-on-Sea, Essex, admitted six counts of perverting the course of justice at Worcester Crown Court.
He was handed a two-year prison sentence, suspended for two years, and ordered to complete 300 hours of unpaid work and pay Mr Malik £2,500 compensation.
