SOAP STAR SUED FOR ORAL SEX ‘ATTACK’ ON BOY,16 She rubbishes claim

-

actress Jamie Luner is being sued for £180m by a man who accuses her of giving him drugs before sucking him off when he was underage.

Anthony Oliver claims he met the soap star, who was 26 at the time, at her house party in 1998.

He’s suing her for emotional distress and sexual battery.

Mr Oliver’s brother was a friend of Luner’s male makeup artist, who had developed a crush on the 16-year-old.

He claims Luner called him “adorable” and gave him a Jack Daniels and Coke. He said they talked for three hours before going into her room.

That’s when Luner pulled out a small bag of crystal meth and told him “it’s going to make you real horny”, Mr Oliver said.

Mr Oliver declined and asked for two Tylenol painkiller pills instead, which he claims were laced with crystal meth.

He said he then began to feel sexually aroused and that Luner performed oral sex on him before putting his penis in the mouth of the male makeup artist.

Mr Oliver alleges he had sex with Luner multiple times.

At one point, he claims, she told him: “Come bend me over the couch and ram me.”

When his brother returned to the party he recorded the pair having sex, Mr Oliver also claims.

Mr Oliver says the experience turned him into an alcoholic and left him “not knowing if he is attracted to men, women, or both,” according to the lawsuit.

Two other men have also come forward to the Los Angeles Police Department to accuse Luner of drug-induced sex.

A spokesperson with the LAPD said the Robbery Homicide Division, who handles IN HAPPIER TIMES: Ruby and Jess ACTRESS: Jamie Lunt ( all celebrity and high profile cases, has not opened an investigation at this time into the Melrose Place star.

However, the alleged victim has filed a report with the LAPD, and Luner might be facing a charge of “oral copulation” with a minor.

Luner’s manager says that the allegations had “no merit” and a “blatant attempt at extortion”.

Even if Luner had been found guilty, she would have likely only been charged with a misdemeanour if the sex act was consensual due to the fact that the victim was over the age of 16 at the time of the incident.
