Dad de­nies acid at­tack on his boy, 3

THE fa­ther of a boy aged three in­jured in a sus­pected acid at­tack has de­nied con­spir­ing with six other peo­ple to carry out the as­sault.

The tot suf­fered burns to his face and arm at a Home Bar­gains store in Worces­ter on July 21.

His fa­ther, 39, is charged with con­spir­ing to com­mit GBH in con­nec­tion with the in­ci­dent, in the Tal­low Hill area of the city.

The man, who can­not be named, pleaded not guilty at Worces­ter Crown Court yes­ter­day.

Six other men and a woman – all fac­ing the same al­le­ga­tion – also de­nied the charge.

Also ac­cused are Adam Cech, 27, Jan Dudi, 25, and Martina Ba­diova, 22, all from Birm­ing­ham, Nor­bert Pulko, 22, and Saied Hussini, 41, both from Lon­don, and Jabar Pak­tia, 41, from Wolver­hamp­ton.

They were re­manded into cus­tody to ap­pear back at the same court next month.
