Dad denies acid attack on his boy, 3
THE father of a boy aged three injured in a suspected acid attack has denied conspiring with six other people to carry out the assault.
The tot suffered burns to his face and arm at a Home Bargains store in Worcester on July 21.
His father, 39, is charged with conspiring to commit GBH in connection with the incident, in the Tallow Hill area of the city.
The man, who cannot be named, pleaded not guilty at Worcester Crown Court yesterday.
Six other men and a woman – all facing the same allegation – also denied the charge.
Also accused are Adam Cech, 27, Jan Dudi, 25, and Martina Badiova, 22, all from Birmingham, Norbert Pulko, 22, and Saied Hussini, 41, both from London, and Jabar Paktia, 41, from Wolverhampton.
They were remanded into custody to appear back at the same court next month.
