Russkie cargo ship refloated
A RUSSIAN cargo ship which run aground off a beach in Cornwall as strong winds whipped across the southwest has been refloated.
Emergency services were launched at 6am to help the 16,000-ton Kuzma Minin bulk carrier stuck off Falmouth Bay.
The 550-ft-long German built ship was moored in the bay when its anchor started dragging, say coastguards.
The ship’s owners blamed the port’s “unsafe navigation conditions”.
No-one was hurt.
