Alleged flasher gets Scotland McDonald’s ban
A MAN accused of flashing at women in fast food restaurants has been banned from EVERY McDonald’s in Scotland.
Peter Docherty, 43, allegedly exposed his genitals to a woman in the McDonald’s at Bellfield Interchange, Kilmarnock, on May 20 last year.
He is also accused of exposing himself to another woman on May 18 at a McDonald’s restaurant in Bathgate, West Lothian.
Docherty, of Dundonald, south Ayrshire, denied intentionally exposing himself to the women when he appeared at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court.
Sheriff Alistair Watson said: “I am going to implement a fresh bail order and the conditions are that you stay out of trouble, don’t interfere with any witnesses and do not enter any McDonald’s restaurant anywhere in the country.” BLOODY GORGEOUS: Mott out in LOVELY CHARLIZE: She gets ’em out in TOUCHY FEELY: Getting groped in SHE’S SO PERT-Y: Naked in 2000’s
