Airbnb death blows
A MAN has confessed to choking an Airbnb guest to death over an unpaid bill.
Jason Colton has pleaded not guilty to murder but admitted the manslaughter of Ramis Jonuzi in 2017.
Jonuzi had been subletting a room in Melbourne, Australia, from Colton, who was also a tenant. He first rented the room for three nights on Airbnb, but agreed to stay another week for £150.
But when the week was up and the rent wasn’t paid, Colton choked Jonuzi him with his forearm and punched him unconscious, a jury in the ongoing trial heard.
