NAN SET FOR FILM RETURN
COMIC Catherine Tate is set to bring her potty-mouthed OAP alter-ego back to the screen.
The star’s foul-mouthed pensioner, Nan, was one of the most popular creations from The Catherine Tate Show, which ran from 2004 to 2009.
The TV series also featured schoolgirl Lauren “Am I Bovvered” Cooper and Tate’s granny character later returned in one-off TV specials.
Catherine, 50, said: “I’ve written a Nan film.
“That’s the character that’s got the legs to carry on.”
