Transport ban for perv who spunks into women’s hair

A PERVERT has been banned for life from a city’s public transport system for a series of sick attacks on women in which he cut off and masturbated into their HAIR.

Jared Walter, 32, will be arrested if he’s spotted on the TriMet transport system in Portland, Oregon.

A spokesman cited the safety of passengers and staff for the decision to give a lifetime ban to Walter, who has been labelled the ‘TriMet Barber’.

Walter (above) was arrested last month in connection with 16 minor crimes including harassment, sexual abuse and interfering with public transportation.

He is currently in jail after CCTV showed him pacing up and down a MAX light rail train before sitting behind a woman, touching her upper thigh and putting his hand in her pocket.
