FORMBY Squirrels Rotary Club have held another extremely successful Ceilidhi where 80 guests danced the night away to the very popular Gallimaufry band with refreshments of hotpot and apple pie.
A total of £462 was raised on the night and will be shared between their chosen charities, Bridge Inn Farm, CVS, Air Ambulance NW, and Lancashire Wildlife Trust saving Red Squirrels.
Their next event is their famous wine tasting evening on November 24.
The event takes place at the Formby Luncheon Club with wine specially chosen by our members to complement your Christmas dinner.

FORMBY Rotary are holding an interesting World War I musical based on the life of Bill Tasker, a Formby soldier, and tickets cost £13 with hot buffer.
The Bill Tasker Story takes place at Formby Hall Golf Club on Tuesday, November 13, arrive 6.30 for 7pm start.
