Vets launch new prac­tice in prime site

Vgone into fit­ting out and equip­ping the surgery it was great to see that peo­ple were re­ally im­pressed with the size of the build­ing and how ad­vanced the fa­cil­i­ties are.

“We feel priv­i­leged to be part of Crosby Vil­lage, along with lots of other in­de­pen­dent lo­cal busi­nesses.

“The high streets need sup­port­ing and we be­lieve lo­cal in­de­pen­dents need to be at the heart of this re­ju­ve­na­tion.

“We are proud to be one of only a hand­ful of in­de­pen­dent vets left in Liver­pool and hope peo­ple get be­hind us and other lo­cal busi­nesses to help en­cour­age more peo­ple back into our vil­lage cen­tres.”

IL­LAGE Vets Crosby held their of­fi­cial launch party on Fri­day, De­cem­ber 14 at their new state-of-the-art surgery in Crosby.Sit­u­ated in the newly re­ju­ve­nated Crosby vil­lage cen­tre, Vil­lage Vets Crosby of­fi­cially opened its prac­tice with the win­ner of its Crosby Very Im­por­tant Pet com­pe­ti­tion.Han­nah and Theo were guests of hon­our and won a one year mem­ber­ship to Vil­lage Vets Crosby’s ex­clu­sive VIP Club.Along with Han­nah and Theo the launch event had many other two and four-footed guests in­clud­ing Sefton Cen­tral MP Bill Ester­son, Shadow Min­is­ter for Busi­ness and In­ter­na­tional Trade, who brought along Othello for a look around and a chat­ted with Prin­ci­pal Vet Kate Hig­gins.Bill Ester­son com­mented: “Thank you to Kate and Howard for invit­ing me to your open evening and good luck.“Othello was re­laxed about go­ing to the vets for once, al­though there are no guar­an­tees he would feel the same if there were in­jec­tions in­volved.“I am very pleased to see an­other qual­ity busi­ness open­ing in Crosby Vil­lage.“Hav­ing lots of rea­sons to visit the vil­lage is a very im­por­tant part of re­vi­tal­is­ing the cen­tre of Crosby.“The vil­lage cen­tre needs to be the heart of the com­mu­nity and I hope that Kate, Howard and our furry friends can help make Crosby a big suc­cess once again.
