BRUSHES Throughout the painting of these models I’ve used a Foundry Pure Sable Fine Detail Size 0000 brush for the detail and a The Army Painter - Insane Detail brush, plus a Foundry Pure Sable Fine Finish Size 000 for larger areas. CONCLUSION The same model painted in two contrastingly different ways, one fast, one slow. I always look forward to seeing how Salute painting competition entrants paint the Salute model and what they do with it for next years painting competition; I can already see pirate sails on the horizon.
