Super Spinney time and again

After many years of camping with tent and rucksack, in 1975 my wife, Chris, and I progressed to a Bedford Dormobile campervan. Over the years we have had caravans and motorhomes, eventually settling on motorhomes as the way to go.

Through this period, we bought from a number of dealers. But, sadly, we could not find a dealer that gave us the type of ongoing service we would expect.

Then in 2005 we had a eureka moment although we didn’t realise it at the time. All the dealers we had previously used were very good at selling the vehicles, but aftersales were somewhat disappointing. This dealer was the exception as we were to find out.

Many letters congratulate workshops and dealers with single acts of good service.

However, I have nothing but praise for our dealer over a period of 16 years. From our first dealings we have had a service that has been both friendly and efficient and for that reason we return to this company when it is time to change motorhomes.

We are at the moment purchasing a new motorhome, but with Covid restrictions on and off it has been difficult with lots of questions regarding the vehicle having to be answered by email.

I would like to thank Ben Holland at Spinney Motorhomes, Cranage, Cheshire, together with all the service department, for treating us so well over the years and going the extra mile when required. This family business has been outstanding and I would recommend it to anyone who wants real long-term service.
