NEW CAMPERVANS, A-CLASS AND UPDATES TO CORAL AND MATRIX FROM ADRIA

-

Adria will unveil its all-new flagship, the Mercedes-based Super Sonic A-class, in February 2022, but it has already launched several 2022 models.

It has expanded its Twin Sports pop-top campervan range to four models, including its first 6m model and an all-new design, the 640 SG (from £61,295).

Like the other Twin Sports models, this newcomer has a lightweight elevating roof with large double bed. Where the 640 SG differs, though, is it comes with a rear garage, which is more than 2m long and can hold a motorbike.

For those that don’t need the extra berths of the pop-top Twin Sports, the standard Twin campervans (one 5.99m and three 6.36m) continue, but only in top-spec Supreme trim.

In other 2022 changes, the Coral Axess and Matrix Axess models now get an inclined rear exterior panel, LED tail lights, a garage with LED lighting and power points, and a 13cm-deep double floor. Also new is the Matrix’s electric drop-down bed, which is now suspended on wire cables and is bigger, as well as sitting flush in the roof when stowed.

The Matrix Axess (from £65,795) is available in three layouts – 600 SL (rear single beds), 600 SP (rear transverse double) and 600 DT (parallel lounge, rear washroom). The Coral Axess (from £65,695) is now only in 600 SL form.

The Coral XL overcab returns to cater to the growing demand for family ’vans. Only in Axess spec (£66,295), it comes as a 600 DP (rear double bed) and the 670 DK (bunk beds and up to seven berths).

Before the arrival of the Super Sonic, the Fiat-based Sonic A-class (£97,795) gets a facelift. There are three Sonic models – 700 DC (island bed), 700 DL (single beds) and 700 SL (L-settee lounge, single beds).
