Gaugemaster’s new range of lights covers a broad time period and geographic area, with oil, gas, swan-neck and modern street lights offered. Lights for Southern Railway, LMS and GWR station are also available. This range was previously produced by Dccconcepts. The range includes three-packs and six-packs of lights, and also value packs with the additional wall-mounted lamps of the same style. You can also get barley twist and taper post lamps for street lighting. These are well made but are perhaps a little challenging to install for beginners. However, once you’ve done one set, the next will be a lot quicker to install. Usefully, the height of some of the lampposts can be adjusted from 60-96mm in height. Drawings show GWR lamp posts in sizes from 10ft 6in-16ft so these seem a little over scale for ‘OO’ use.
