Option 1: Manual points

For manually operated points, all that’s required is a Single Pole Double Throw (SPDT) switch that switches the common terminal to either of the other terminals. The frog is wired to the common and the two rails to the left/right terminals. As you throw the point, flick the SPDT to power the frog with the correct polarity.
