Noch has a ‘Good Old Days’ theme this year, with packs of ‘HO’, ‘TT’ and ‘N’ gauge figures and accessories including archaeologists, road workers and cyclists. The new hobby figures are painted a little more simply, resulting in a lower price. There are sound effect units for chickens and a tree-felling gang. Themed figure sets feature a flower stall, fish stall, coffee stand and a hot dog stand. Also new this year are weather-resistant figures for ‘G’ scale.

Some novel hard foam ‘HO’ diorama bases include a cemetery, plus a dinosaur and Roman excavation sites. Other diorama sets include a burning house and a micro motion horse-riding arena, and there are some nice new grass mats, vegetation sets and ground cover foliage in a number of colour and texture finishes.
