“Eugene” (pre­sum­ably the one on the B-side with his axe) from Henry McLean with his fly­ing ma­chine. Dreamy Gil­mour-sung, Ham­mond­sup­ported verses ex­plode into trippy, aptly-propul­sive cho­ruses as take-off is gid­dily achieved. Dis­carded for years (it wasn’t even on Relics), dusted down it’s a for­got­ten gem. TD
