★★★ The Other Two And You LTM. CD/LP A side project from 1993, Gilbert and Morris channel the melodious synth-pop aspect of New Order. Some songs outperform the parent group – see Tasty Fish and Selfish – but others suggest they were better together. Also out on coloured vinyl and remix-boosted is 1999’s Superhighways. IH
