The look: Three hundred pages of O’Neill’s eracapturing portraits, with The Beatles, Stones, Bowie, Chuck Berry, The Who, Janis Joplin, Bruce Springsteen, Marc Bolan, Led Zeppelin, Elton John, AC/DC and more, seen through his eyes. It’s reprinted in February. His nonmusic work, meanwhile, included such luminaries as Muhammad Ali, Winston Churchill, the Queen, Mandela, Bardot and others.
