Lucy was a teenage punk when she saw Kate Bush’s Tour Of Life in 1979, and was so inspired that she co-founded a girl band. She writes about Kate on page 67, and also in her book She Bop: The Definitive History Of Women In Popular Music, which has recently been re-published in a 25th anniversar­y edition.
