To fit ladies UK size 3, 5 or 7. For intermediate sizes, choose one size smaller and adjust foot length where indicated. The pattern is written for size 3, with variations shown in brackets, increasing in order of size There aren’t many wardrobes that wouldn’t benefit from a cheeky flash of extra colour via contrasting toes and cuffs, so get in on the statement sock trend with this jazzy spring knit.
Do: keep hems high and show ‘em off in strappy heels. Don’t: let them languish in your trainers forever. Wallflowers they are not.
The pinstripe pattern is worked over the first 30 (30, 32) sts of the leg and foot as follows: k2, k1tbl, p1, k1tbl, p1, k1tbl, k17 (17, 19), k1tbl, p1, k1tbl, p1, k1tbl, k1
