The study found that eat­ing fruit and veg­eta­bles in their purest state, rather than cooked, tinned or pro­cessed, is more strongly as­so­ci­ated with im­proved psy­cho­log­i­cal well­be­ing, in­clud­ing a pos­i­tive mood and life sat­is­fac­tion.
