Rally date changes

The cancellation of the Mid Wales Stages, planned for early March, has forced changes to two historic stage rally championship schedules. The Welsh Historic Championship has switched its opening round to Rally North Wales on April 1, while the opening date for the HRCR Stage Masters Challenge is still to be confirmed.
