ROGER ALBERT CLARK RALLY

Many rally fans will have to wait until late November for the highlight event of the season, the 2019 Roger Albert Clark Rally. Five days across England, Wales and Scotland for the biggest ever entry and 300 stage miles make this an absolute must-do rally for anyone who likes forest action.

I can safely predict that it will be the highlight of my year as the entry list already contains over 160 crews. Sure, there will be a fair dropout rate over the next 11 months, but a start list of around 130 crews seems entirely probable. There is quality to match the quantity.

It all kicks off at Brightwells in Leominster on the Thursday (November 21) and the elated finishers will cross the line near Carlisle on Monday afternoon. In between will be epic stages, fantastic action and an unrivalled atmosphere for competitors, service crews, marshals and spectators. My hotels are already booked.
