At the Cannes show it towered above every other craft in the vicinity even though it’s ‘only’ 118ft long. It’s the same story on the inside, with an interior which appears to have been stolen from a 150ft superyacht. The secret is a hugely voluminous displacement steel hull with a weight-saving GRP superstructure, a 26ft beam and no fewer than three full decks, or four if you count the expansive open flybridge up top. You should watch our Youtube video tour to appreciate how lavish this yacht really is but I can’t think of any other sub 120ft craft that has room for a sauna, a gym, and no fewer than seven ensuite guest cabins. On this example, the owner’s suite occupies most of the upper deck with a colossal walk-through wardrobe and a wall of glass doors opening up onto an open aft deck, large enough to carry an entire fleet of tenders and toys. That promotes your VIP guests to what would normally be the owner’s suite on the main deck while still leaving the ‘regular’ full beam VIP suite on the lower deck free for your second favourite set of friends, not to mention four other ‘regular’ doubles or twins for the rest.
The deck spaces are just as spectacular, with a folding transom opening up to reveal a wonderful water-level lounge next to the aforementioned sauna and steps leading up to the sheltered aft cockpit. When cleared of tenders and toys, the next level up doubles as a big open party space/dancefloor but it’s the sundeck up top that will be the natural focus for guests with a multitude of sofas and sunbeds to choose from as well as a dining table, bar and a comically large hot tub.
