As MCM went to press, there’d been no comment about price from Suzuki – so it’s a case of best guess with this one. We’ve been told by some factory people that the Katana will cost between £1000 to £1500 more than the current GSX-S1000.

That will make the bike on sale for somewhere around £11,000 to £11,500.
