SUZUKI VILLAGE RETURNS

The Suzuki marquee is returning to the Stafford Classic Bike Show for 2019, and inside will be a treasure trove of iconic bikes from the Japanese firm.

Suzuki GB will occupy the biggest space, and will have a display of Barry Sheene’s race bikes to lure you in with, including the 1976 and 1977 world championship winners. Other racing machinery displayed will include an ex-Suzuka 8-hour GSX-R750 SRAD, an ultra-rare RGV250 XR94, and a genuine Graeme Crosby XR69 from 1981, while from the production stable the TL1000S that Suzuki GB built from brand new genuine parts will feature, alongside a GSX-R1100M and an RGV250.

While we all love the older stuff, sometimes it’s nice to gawk at the new bikes the iconic brand is offering to customers. The new Katana and the GSX-R1000R will lead a display of the latest kit available in dealers today.

The Suzuki marquee will also host a plethora of Suzuki specialists and owners’ clubs. Opposite the main Suzuki display will sit the Air-cooled Suzuki club, adjacent to the Katana club. Suzuki Performance Spares will be located next to Suzuki GB.

Up the other end of the marquee will be the Old Skool Suzuki club, next door to the GT X7 club. Across the thoroughfare will be Grump1260 and Suzuki Vintage Parts specialist dealership, Robinsons Foundry, plus the Suzuki Owners Club and Bandit club displays.

The marquee will be located between the trade area and the racing paddock, and will contain enough entertainment to keep you engaged for a good chunk of your visit.
