DON’T STAND WITH THE PACK

With 37.78 miles of course to choose from, look for your own spots along the way. There are countless pictures of Creg-ny-Baa and Ballaugh Bridge and although they make great images there are so many other places to shoot from. I have a good Ordnance Survey map of The Island

and each year I drive the course over and over again, looking for new places that I have never visited before. Sometimes it’s just a matter of standing on the other side of the road from where I have been before to make a completely different picture, so look at the places right in front of you and think about how you will frame

your picture.
