Fancy dipping your toes into wild camping? Want to experience the fantastic roads that Scotland has to offer? Well, you’re not alone. Scotland is a popular destination for motorcyclists wanting to spend the night under the stars, out in the wild.

Highland Scramble Moto Camp is a chance to take a ride on the wild side, with full backing of the Bikerbnb crew. You can discover the simplicity and adventure of spending several nights under the stars in cozy canvas bell tents, and connect with the wild side of Scotland without having to plan and prep it all by yourself.

Each Moto Camp starts just outside of Glen Eagles golf course in Auchterarder with a short, shake-down ride to experience the beauty of Perthshire. Back in camp, you can enjoy five-metre Bell tents complete with beds, mattresses and duvets.

Good food, drink and community are a big part of this experience. Local food and drink, prepared by top-quality local chefs is always on hand.

In terms of riding, the route takes in the backroads and avoids the motorway, visiting Loch Lomond and the Trossachs, Caingorms National Park, the Great Glen, Loch Ness and much more. If you have special requests along the way, there is always the opportunity to make a detour!

After reaching the Highlands Moto Camp just outside Inverness, the group then spends three nights at a remote, wild camp that is completely off grid! Expect an African safari-style lodge overlooking a private loch, BBQs, luxuriously appointed bell tents and all the creature comforts of home.

Each day, there are rides that focus on the west coast of Scotland. Destinations are decided by following the weather and chasing the sun, seeking out some of the best riding the country has to offer.

And if the weather is sketchy on the west coast, there’s the option to ride east into the Cairngorms, the southside of Loch Ness and the Central Highlands. Finally, there’s one more night at the camp where the journey started, before the conclusion of the nearly 1000-mile journey.

The tour costs £1350 per rider, which covers accommodation, breakfasts, dinners, and professional photos of your adventure. There is also the chance to hire a Royal Enfield Interceptor or Himalayan for the journey.
