Local favourites Eric Roberts and Merfyn Williams (Ford Escort Mk2) were closest on the first stage but retired on the next, leaving a good battle for second, settled in favour of the Darrian T90 GTR of Alan Oldfield/steve Mcnulty, ahead of the V6 Jaguar engined version of Brandon Smith/catrin Jones.
Chris Berry and Lewis Griffiths (Escort Mk2) were quickest in the two-litre class in fourth, 18 seconds up on the similar car of Andrew Morris/ Chloe Thomas. Splitting them overall in fifth were Martin Hodgson and Tony Jones in a bigger-engined Escort Mk2.
Paul Murro/callum Cross (Escort Mk2) had been in contention for a podium until a hefty spin into a chicane, but still finished seventh ahead of a trio of Subaru Imprezas led by Adam Williams/rachael Atherton, a result which puts Williams into top spot of the ANWCC Stage Rally Championship.
The 1400cc class was picked up by Simon Hunter/howard Pridmore in a Peugeot 205 Rallye, close behind the 1600cc winners Michael Maddocks/sion
