MEETING 3

Thr uxton, May 18-19

Jordan gets back in harness and dominates on the first visit to Hampshire to claim victory in the first two races of the weekend before a spin in race three. Turkington limits the damage with a podium in race two.

MEETING 4

Croft, June 15-16

From pole position, Jordan goes on to collect his third and fourth wins in five races, and he backs that up with a score in the finale. Turkington is again hard on his heels in race two and scores well in the reversed-grid race. Turkington: 41pts Jordan: 52pts

MEETING 5

Oulton Park, June 29-30

Turkington scores a dramatic pole despite full ballast, and goes on to win back-to-back races in the openers before eighth in the finale, while Jordan isn’t outside the top four all day. It’s nip and tuck between the pair.

MEETING 6

Snetter ton, August 3-4

Turkington crafts his way to a race two win after a fourth place in the opening event, while Jordan struggles a little and has to be content with a third place in the second event of the meeting as an official boost reduction kicks in. Turkington; 41pts Jordan: 38pts

MEETING 7

Thr uxton, August 17-18

A tough weekend for both drivers with a car that wasn’t suited to the flat-out sweepers, and both were left driving around for scraps. The duo managed to score in all three races, but others certainly grabbed the initiative. Turkington: 13pts Jordan: 19pts
