Sage is rec­om­mended – and not just a lit­tle with your ravi­oli! Look for sage cap­sules or spe­cific menopausal sup­ple­ments which have sage in­cluded. Black co­hosh is be­lieved to help with flushes when taken reg­u­larly, as is red clover and flaxseed oil.
