In­gre­di­ents (Makes 10) 150g but­ter, mar­garine or co­conut oil

150g set honey

100g por­ridge oats

75g multi­grain loop ce­real

75g dried cran­ber­ries 75g dried apri­cots, chopped

50g mixed small seeds Grease and line an 18cm square cake tin. Put the fat and honey in a saucepan and heat gen­tly, with­out boil­ing, un­til melted.

Put the re­main­ing in­gre­di­ents in a heat­proof bowl and bind to­gether with the melted honey mix­ture. Mix well un­til com­pletely coated then press down well into the tin. Leave to cool, then chill for 2hr un­til set. Cut into 10 bars to ser ve. Keep re­frig­er­ated.
