This month I’ve been checking out car buying website Cazoo and sounding off about Natwest cashing in on the Buy Now Pay Later bandwagon…

Dining Table Chair Covers

Our dining room chairs had been looking rather tired thanks to the tiny scratchy paws of our two cats. Shelling out on a new set seemed pricey, but now

I’ve got chairs that look as good as new thanks to some fabulous covers.

I discovered lots of places selling them on eBay, so I plumped for grey crushed velvet.

They come in different sizes, so do measure your chairs first for the per fect fit. Job done in seconds, all for just £7 each. Here’s the “after” version!

Cazoo: A Hassle Free Way To Sell Your Car

I’m so impressed with Cazoo after helping a relative sell their car with this car-buying site. Means a quick, easy sale if you don’t want the hassle of selling privately.

I jumped on the site, popped in the registration, mileage and condition for a free instant quote, and collection from the door. Collection is £99, taken off the price paid. Cazoo came out tops on price compared to similar sites.

I booked a two-hour collection slot, they turned up with a trailer and the money was in the bank before they’d driven down the road!

Shrink Wrap Away Your Winter Woollies

Why not shrink wrap winter woollies and thick duvets to save valuable storage space?

Snap up some vacuum sealed storage bags, pack in your stuf f, suck out the air with a vacuum hose and in seconds bulky bags are a fraction of their size.

The bags keep ever ything dust and mould free. Wilko, Dunelm, B&M and Argos all sell them from around £2.99.

Brilliant for travelling if, like me, you only pack cabin bags on shor t haul. The clothes do come out creased, but it’s a small price to pay, I reckon!
